New-generation high-efficiency high-voltage motor with a welded steel-plate frame: H355 – H1120 frames, 185 – 31,500 kW, 6 / 10 kV, 2 – 18 poles.

Box-Type Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor (YXKK)

Box-Type Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor (YXKK)

The box-type motor replaces the traditional cast-iron frame with a welded steel-plate construction: stiffer and lighter, it lowers vibration and noise. Heavy-duty bearings come with a non-stop oil injection and drainage system; PT100 sensors on stator and bearings and a 220 V AC anti-condensation heater are standard.

The electromagnetic design uses higher-grade insulation with VPI treatment and a high-precision cast-aluminium or copper-bar rotor. A 1,000 kW motor running 16 hours a day saves tens of thousands of kWh a year over the previous generation, which is why the series is chosen for continuously running sites such as power stations and large chemical plants.

  • Applications — fan, pump, compressor and conveyor drives; heavy-duty industrial loads
  • Standards — IEC and GB compliant; class F insulation operated at class B temperature rise
  • Monitoring — PT100 on stator and bearings; anti-condensation heater (220 V AC)
