Roller Plus
Cutting-edge technology in a rotating electrical joint. The innovative Slip Ring Roller Plus by Ravioli combines the best technical features of the previous Roller and Kombi-Roller models, as an outstanding evolution.
Roller Plus encapsulates high rotation speed, IP65 protection degree and a high mechanical resistance aluminium cover and bottom. It also guarantees executions up to 36 rings and optimised brush consumption.
Roller Plus is an irreplaceable ally in packaging lines that require air passages, for which it is already internally predisposed: space saving and reduced weight, combined with guaranteed high-performance standards.
Supplied with cable and brush wiring, Roller Plus ensures considerable time and cost savings for the operator, who receives a device ready for use.
Like the Roller slip ring, Roller Plus offers a remarkable advantage in maintenance: if needed, the brushes can be serviced without removing the installed slip ring.

Roller
The slip ring with limited dimensions combined with high rotation speed. The Ravioli Slip Ring type Roller is mostly applied where the reduction of axial and radial dimensions is specifically required. Its aluminium bottom and cover guarantee strong mechanical resistance and a high protection degree.
Copper-graphite or silver-graphite brushes for signals are available; executions range from 6 to 24 rings at 10 A. Protection degree IP65; one or more fluidic passages or angular sensors are available as options upon request.
Roller slip rings are specifically suitable for applications where reduced dimensions and high rotation speeds are needed.

KOMBI-Roller
The Ravioli Slip Ring Kombi-Roller is the perfect match between an electric slip ring and a fluidic one.
The electric slip ring ensures reduced radial and axial dimensions, while the aluminium housing guarantees high mechanical resistance.
Copper-graphite or silver-graphite brushes for signals are available; executions range from 6 to 24 rings at 10 A. Protection degree IP65; angular sensors are available as options upon request.
The combined fluidic joint has 2 or 4 passages of 1/4”; the fluid can be compressed air (10 bar) or oil (200 bar).
Kombi-Roller slip rings are extremely suitable where reduced dimensions and high rotation speeds are required.
