X Touch

The Coel X Touch series push-button stations for auxiliary controls are the result of Coel's long experience in manufacturing electromechanical components. They are designed for heavy industries operating in potentially explosive areas — cranes, hoisting equipment and process lines — with particular attention to both easy handling and reliable use in heavy-duty conditions.

All materials in direct contact with the environment are resistant to atmospheric agents, oils and temperature changes, and are shockproof. The enclosure is made of aluminium, painted with epoxy paint as standard, and ensures complete protection against dust and water to IP65.

The optimised internal space allows all connections to be made easily and quickly; bridge connections that reduce cabling time are available upon request. The switches have self-cleaning sliding contacts in silver alloy, and thermal protectors and an anti-condensation heater can be fitted inside the enclosure. Double-step buttons and a key selector switch (Disabled / Enabled / Start) are standard on every type.
