High-speed (aR / gR class) fuses are designed to protect sensitive semiconductor components such as diodes, thyristors, IGBTs and power modules. Their very low I²t and fast clearing interrupt the fault current before the protected device is damaged.
Used in rectifier and drive systems, UPS units, soft starters and power converters. Available in blade (NH), bolted flush-end, cylindrical and strip body styles.
