EV fuses protect the high-voltage battery packs, battery disconnect units (BDU) and charging systems of electric vehicles. Their vibration- and thermal-cycling-resistant construction gives long service life under vehicle conditions, and their very fast clearing safely extinguishes the high fault currents delivered by batteries.
